Bespoke Engineered Planks Installation

Installation of engineered flooring in Living room Hallway & three bedrooms. To supply and lay 12mm rubber Insulation – dB Matting 12, noise reduction up to 57dB. To install the flooring as a floated floor onto the acoustic insulation panels. The flooring to be laid lengthwise the hallway and will follow the same direction throughout without separation at the doorways. To allow for small expansion gap around the perimeter of the area. Undercutting of all doorframes and architraves, where required, in order to accommodate the new flooring. To supply and fit matching finish door threshold reducers for 5 doors.  After the flooring installation is complete to supply and lay light, plastic protection onto it. After the installation work is complete to supply and fit matching finish pine scotia beading around the edges to cover the expansion gap.
